Looking to share a taste of New Orleans with more than a few folks across the United States? We make it easy with corporate and bulk shipping options. Just determine which products you want to send, complete the order form and submit. We'll confirm and make sure that they receive their order right on time. Our corporate orders option allows you to easily and securely place bulk orders, take advantage of discounts and ship a party direct to their door.

Simply follow the steps below. Upon receiving and reviewing your request, we will reach out to the review and finalize your request.

PLEASE NOTE: The download is a Microsoft Excel file that uses programmed macros to ensure valid data. In order to use this .xlsm file, you must specifically enable these macros. Our .xlsm file has a VeriSign Digital Security Certificate in the name of Haydel's Bakery to ensure that these macros are unmodified by hackers. 2. Complete the form using MS Excel

The form asks for sender (billing) information and the following information for each recipient:

  • product

  • quantity

  • ship date

  • gift message

3. Submit Completed Form with Your Order

Once you have completed the spreadsheet, submit it as an attachment via email by clicking here

 

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS

Gift messages are limited to 150 characters. Please remember that this message will appear exactly as you type it, so you may want to include the SENDER'S name in this message.

You may add as many recipients as you wish ... one per line. (DO NOT SKIP LINES BETWEEN ORDERS)

If you wish to send different items to one recipient, simply duplicate that recipient's information on the next line and change the item number. Each item ships separately, so each line is treated as an order.

DO NOT change the formatting of the form in any way or your order may be voided. Haydel's Bakery is not responsible for failed orders due to incomplete or incorrectly formatted orders online.
